Empty the sink cabinet moving everything well away from the work area.
Replace kitchen sink cabinet floor.
Wedge a 2 4 between the sink bottom and the floor of the cabinet to create slight upward force.
This is not a how to or diy do it yourself.
If you have a particle board floor underneath your sink that is showing signs of water damage you can tear it out and replace it to prevent the growth of mold.

Spread an old sheet in front of the cabinet to not only protect your floors but make cleanup easier.
And once it starts swelling your only option is to replace it.

Next put buckets under the water supply lines disconnect the lines with an adjustable wrench and remove the drainpipe with pliers.

If the caulk is too hard to cut hammer an old putty knife through the caulk driving it toward the sink a section at a time.

The space beneath the kitchen sink is exposed to high levels of humidity and may even be exposed to water through leaky plumbing.
