Work until the paint is gone keeping the area wet the entire time. Use a wire scrub brush or a scraper to remove the loosened paint. Remove the rag scrap the spot with a putty knife then use the sponge and soapy water to scrub away any remaining paint. Scrape peeled or chipped paint. Remove paint stripper residue. Saturate a rag with rubbing or denatured alcohol if the paint is still there.

Scrub the stain with a wire brush. Clean the concrete surface thoroughly and let dry. Soak up the moisture with paper towels. Lay the rag on the spot and leave it there for 20 minutes.
